SEC. 71.209. DEPOSITS ACCORDING TO CLASSIFICATION.

Every applicant for a permit from whom an issuance fee is required, who does not maintain a sufficient general deposit with the Director, Department of Public Works, shall deposit with the Director, Department of Public Works:
(a) $00.00 for a Class "A" permit;
(b) $50 for a Class "B" permit;
(c) $100 for a Class "C" permit;
(d) $200 for a Class "D" permit;
(e) $400 for a Class "E" permit;
(f) $600 for a Class "F" permit.

SEC. 71.209.5. ROUTE EVALUATION DEPOSIT.¶
Before any permit is issued for the movement of a building or structure exceeding 15 feet in width and 15 feet in height, the applicant shall place a deposit with the Director of Public Works to cover the cost of evaluating the route over which the load is to be transported. The amount of said deposit shall be prescribed by the Board of Supervisors.
