§ 6.13.020 GENERAL PENALTIES.¶
(A) Violations generally. Each method of enforcement set forth is intended to be mutually exclusive and does not prevent concurrent or consecutive methods being used to achieve compliance against continuing violations. Each and every day any such violation exists constitutes a separate offense.
(B) Administrative citation. If a police officer, animal control officer, animal license checker or any person designated by Chapter 9.90 to enforce the various provisions of this title believes that a violation exists, he or she may issue an administrative citation under the provisions of Chapter 6.14. Payment of any fine or service of a jail sentence shall not relieve a person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity from the responsibility of correcting the condition resulting from the violation.
