Editor’s note:
Enforcement of Title 25 provisions within mobile home parks will be administered by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development. This would encompass the alteration or installation of any factory constructed structure.
Municipal code enforcement within mobile home parks may be administered by the City’s Municipal Code Enforcement Division. This would include any freestanding structures or unsafe, insanitary condition at the park itself.
