§ 14.08.01 SHORT TITLE.¶
This chapter is known and may be cited as the “Cable, Video and Telecommunications Service Providers Ordinance” of the city.
§ 14.08.02 AUTHORITY.¶
This chapter is enacted by the city pursuant to the Communications Act, the city’s police powers under its Charter, its authority to control the use of the public rights-of-way within the city and all other applicable laws.
