§ 1.24.010 REFERENCE TO PLAT.

The portion of the city designated “City of San Bernardino” on the plat thereof, recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 1, of the records in the County Recorder’s office, is designated as “Old City,” and in all proceedings of the Mayor and City Council, in any or all documents made or executed by any officer of the city, such portion of the city may be designated as “Old City” and, when designated, shall be deemed to mean that portion of the city shown on said map.
