§ 23.0760 Authority.

Health and Safety Code § 25404(c)(6) is enforced by the CUPA. In addition, the following definitions shall apply to such enforcement and to enforcement of the provisions of this Article.

§ 23.0761 Definitions.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INVENTORY STATEMENT or HMIS. A plan required by § 80.103(c) (Article 80) of the Uniform Fire Code which each application for a permit shall include when required by the Chief. A sample HMIS can be found in Appendix II-E of the Uniform Fire Code.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS MANAGEMENT PLAN or HMMP. A plan required by § 80.103(b) (Article 80) of the Uniform Fire Code which each application for a permit shall include when required by the Chief. A sample HMMP can be found in Appendix II-E of the Uniform Fire Code.
