§ 19.27.050 INFORMATION CONCERNING INTERFERENCE WITH COUNTY SIGNS.

The county offers a reward of $250 for the furnishing of information leading to the apprehension and conviction of any person or persons for the theft of, or the malicious removal, destruction, injury, breaking or defacing of any county sign, milepost, board or stone, or guidepost erected on or near any highway, or any inscription thereon.

§ 19.27.051 INFORMATION CONCERNING THEFT OF COUNTY SIGNS.

The county offers a reward of $250 for the furnishing of information leading to the apprehension and conviction of any person or persons for a violation of Cal. Penal Code § 496, when the stolen property consists of a sign, milepost, board or stone, or guidepost of, or belonging to, the county.

§ 19.27.052 PAYMENT.

Any reward authorized by this article shall be paid for upon the order of the Board of Supervisors of the county upon, and after, recommendation for the payment by the District Attorney of the county. The Board of Supervisors shall be the sole judge of the party or parties entitled to receive any reward.
