§ 11.07.001 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW AND REGULATIONS BY REFERENCE.

The County of San Benito adopts by reference the requirements of Cal. Health and Safety Code Chapter 6.7 of Division 20, §§ 25280 through 25299 inclusive, and the regulations pursuant thereto as adopted by the state’s Water Resources Control Board for the underground storage of hazardous substances. § 11.07.002 DESIGNATION OF AGENCY.

The County of San Benito designates the Environmental Health Division of the San Benito County Health Department as the implementing agency responsible for administration and enforcement of the provisions of state law and regulations pursuant thereto adopted by the state’s Water Resources Control Board relating to the underground storage of hazardous substances.
