Salinas Municipal Code § 9-2 Adopted by reference

The California Building Code Volumes 1 and 2, 2025 edition, are hereby adopted as the Building Codes for the City of Salinas, in the State of California for regulating the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, maintenance, removal and demolition of every building or structure or any appurtenances connected or attached to such buildings or structures.
