§ 9.32.010. Misdemeanor—Penalty.

Any person with or convicted of a misdemeanor who is confined in any jail or industrial road camp in Sacramento County, or who is engaged on any County road or other County work, or who is in the lawful custody of any officer or person, who escapes or attempt to escape from such jail or industrial road camp or from the custody of the officer or person in charge of him while engaged on or going to or returning from such County work, or from the custody of any officer or person in whose lawful custody he is, is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable as provided in Section 1.01.190.

§ 9.32.020. Juvenile—Penalty.

Every juvenile lawfully confined in the juvenile hall or at the Boys' Ranch of the County, who thereafter escapes or attempts to escape while so confined, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not exceeding six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.

§ 9.32.030. Aiding Juvenile—Penalty.

Any person who knowingly permits or aids any inmate of the juvenile hall, or of the Boys' Ranch, of the County, to escape therefrom or conceals him with the intent of enabling him to elude pursuit, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
