§ 13.12.010. Restricted Area.

No person shall operate a powerboat upon the waters of the north 2,200 feet of the south end of Seven Mile Slough commencing at the dam barrier used as the Twitchell Island County Road, extending southward 2,200 feet and ending 500 feet north of the confluence of Seven Mile Slough and Three Mile Slough.

§ 13.12.020. Exemptions.

This chapter does not apply to any vessel being used by a peace officer of any federal, state or local agency while engaged in law enforcement activities for which the use of a powerboat is reasonably necessary, or vessels operated by the state, or any agency thereof, in the performance of official duties, nor to any vessel operated by the united States Coast Guard.
