§ 10.60.010. Public Traffic Regulation.

The Board of Supervisors, pursuant to the authority granted by Section 21107.8 of the Vehicle Code and subject to the conditions and limitations specified in Section 10.60.020, finds that the following privately owned and maintained off-street parking facilities are generally held open for public use. As provided in Vehicle Code Section 21107.8, Sections 22350, 22507.8, 23103 and 23109 of the Vehicle Code are hereby made applicable to said parking facilities. Where applicable, associated privately owned and maintained access and perimeter roads shall be considered as part of said parking facilities:

  1. Florin Center, bounded on the east by Stockton Boulevard, on the south by Florin Road, and on the west and north by 65th Street;

  2. Sunrise Mall, bounded on the northeast by Sunrise Vista Drive, on the southeast and south by the perimeter road, on the west by Sunrise Boulevard, and on the north by Greenback Lane;

  3. Birdcage Walk, bounded on the east by Sunrise Boulevard on the south by Toucan Avenue, on the west by Birdcage Street, and on the north by Greenback Lane;

  4. Madison Mall Shopping Center, bounded on the north by Madison Avenue, on the east by Hazel Avenue, on the south by the fenced property line and on the west by the fenced property line;

  5. Country Club Lanes Shopping Center, bounded on the north by Kings Way, on the east by Shadow Wood Apartments and the driveway between Emigh Furniture and Emigh Hardware, on the south by El Camino and on the west by Watt Avenue;

  6. Century Theaters parking facility bounded on the east by Ethan Way and then delineated by ownership boundaries to include those parking facilities owned by SYUFY Enterprises as depicted on Exhibit (A).

§ 10.60.020. Notice to Public.

The provisions of Section 10.60.010 shall not apply to any privately owned and maintained off-street parking facility unless the owner or operator of such facility has caused to be posted in a conspicuous place at each entrance to such a facility a notice not less than seventeen by twenty-two inches in size with lettering not less than one inch in height, to the effect that such off-street parking facility is subject to public traffic regulations and control.
