Sacramento County Zoning Code § 907-08 Violations

A. Except as otherwise specifically provided, pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 25132, violation of any of the provisions contained in this ordinance shall constitute an infraction subject to a fine of one hundred dollars for each day or any portion thereof a violation continues.

B. Violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance following notice to the permittee by the Floodplain Administrator advising of the violation and ordering a cessation thereof, shall constitute a misdemeanor.

C. Violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance may be remedied by injunction or other civil proceeding commenced in the name of the County pursuant to direction by the Board of Supervisors.

D. It shall be a violation of this ordinance to fail to obtain a Floodplain Management Permit when required hereby to do so.
