The purpose of this zone is to provide and area for small retail service centers located internally within a residential area on a collector street as an integral part of the neighborhood which can supply the day-to-day needs of the surrounds residents. This zone is intended to promote the harmonious development of local commercial and service areas with adjacent residential development.
