Sacramento County Zoning Code § 405-75 Additional Dwelling Unit

If after computing the number of dwelling units which may be erected upon a lot, there remains an area equal to or in excess of seventy-five (75) percent of the area required for a dwelling unit, one (1) additional dwelling unit may be constructed on such lot or parcel.
