12.28.170 Coordination with hazardous materials inventory and response program.¶

The first revision of the business plan for any facility subject to County Code Chapter 7.90 (Hazardous Materials Release Response Plans and Inventories) shall include a program for compliance with this chapter, including the prohibitions on illicit discharges, and the requirement to reduce stormwater pollutants to the maximum extent practicable. (Ord. 657 (part), 2014; Ord. 529 Div. 1(part), 1995).
