§ 2.26.010. Establishment.¶
There is established a board of appeals of the city.

§ 2.26.020. Composition.¶
The board of appeals shall consist of 10 to 15 members appointed by the city council for overlapping four-year terms. No member shall serve more than two consecutive terms.

§ 2.26.030. Responsibilities.¶
A. Serves as an advisory body to the city council with respect to construction, building, code enforcement, or similar matters.
B. Reviews matters as provided under the Uniform Building and Housing Codes.
C. Serves as a pool of hearing examiners for the purpose of formation of each ad hoc hearing examiner panel as provided herein.
