5.04.010 - County provisions adopted by reference.¶
Title 7, as amended through Ordinance 98-0006 passed February 10, 1998, of the Los Angeles County Code is adopted as provisions regulating businesses in the City of Rosemead.

5.04.020 - Taxicabs.¶
Prior to issuance of a new or renewal taxicab operator's license by the Business License Clerk, the applicant or license holder shall provide evidence of the insurance coverage required under the City's insurance coverage standards for contractors, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified in this section, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference.
