There is adopted as the municipal code of the City the Rolling Hills Municipal Code consisting of Ordinance Nos. 1 to 162 inclusive, Urgency Temporary Ordinance Nos. 1 to 4 inclusive, and Urgency Ordinance Nos. 1 to 40 inclusive; all of the ordinances having been passed, approved and adopted by the City Council prior to the date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.

The last ordinance included in the Rolling Hills Municipal Code was Ordinance No. 162, passed, approved and adopted April 24, 1978, and Urgency Ordinance No. 40, adopted May 30, 1978. The following ordinances, having been passed, approved and adopted by the City Council subsequent to Ordinance No. 162 and Urgency Ordinance No. 40 prior to the adoption of this code are adopted and made a part of this ordinance code designated as the Rolling Hills Municipal Code: Ordinance Nos. 163 to 183 inclusive, and Ordinance Nos. U-41 to U-44 inclusive.

Three copies of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code have been deposited in the office of the City Clerk and shall be at all times maintained by the Clerk for use and examination by the public.
