3.40.010 - Adoption of Public Project Contracting Policy.

In order to clearly define financial thresholds and applicable procedures and approval authority for city public works and other projects involving city facilities and property, a Public Project Contracting Policy has been adopted by city council resolution and may be amended from time to time by resolution. A copy of the policy is maintained in the office of the city clerk and is available electronically on the city's website under the "Public Works Department."
