3.32.010 - Adoption of Procurement Policy.¶
In order to establish uniform procedures for the procurement of equipment, goods, and services at the lowest possible cost commensurate with the quality of equipment and goods needed and the competence, experience, and skills necessary to perform certain services, to exercise positive financial control over procurements, and to clearly define authority thresholds and applicable procurement procedures, a Purchasing Policy has been adopted by City Council resolution and may be amended from time to time by resolution. A copy of the Purchasing Policy is maintained in the office of the City Clerk and is available electronically on the City's website under the "Administrative Services Department."
