Rolling Hills Estates Municipal Code Ch. 8.06 Food Facility Regulations

All permitting, regulatory and use requirements of Chapter 8.04 of Title 8 of the Los Angeles County Code relating to a "food facility", "food establishment", "retail food vehicle", "independent wholesale food vehicle", "mobile food facility", "mobile food-preparation unit", and "mobile support unit" as such terms are defined in Chapter 8.04 of Title 8 of the Los Angeles County Code, are adopted by reference as the food facility regulations of the city.

Wherever the food facility regulations of the city use the following words or phrases they, respectively, mean the following:

"County" or "county of Los Angeles" when used to mean the geographic boundary of the county of Los Angeles means the city of Rolling Hills Estates.

"Person" is defined as in Section 1.04.030 of this Code.
