5.36.010 - Prohibition.¶

No person may attach any handbill, circular, pamphlet, other printed material or advertising literature to a motor vehicle by any means, including slipping the material under the windshield blade, over the radio antenna or otherwise.

5.36.020 - Applicability of provisions.¶

This section shall apply to any unoccupied, parked motor vehicle, regardless of whether it is parked on public or private property.

5.36.030 - Exemption.¶

This section shall not apply where the distributor of the printed material has obtained the prior consent of the driver, owner or occupant of the motor vehicle.
