9.44.210 - Horns and whistles—Excessive sound prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to operate or sound or cause to be operated or sounded, a train horn or train whistle which creates a noise level in excess of eighty-nine decibels at any place or point three hundred feet or more distant from the source of such sound.
