§ 1.10.010. Reading by title only.

In acting on resolutions and ordinances, it is hereby presumed that the motion and second to introduce and/or enact a resolution or ordinance includes a motion and second to read by title only unless the maker of the motion expressly states that that resolution or ordinance shall be read in full.
