11.69.010 - Supplying strike breakers.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, agency, firm or corporation, or officer or agent thereof, to recruit, procure, supply or refer any person who customarily or repeatedly offers himself for employment in place of an employee involved in a strike, walkout or lockout, in which such person, partnership, agency, firm or corporation is not directly interested.
11.69.020 - Employing strike breakers.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, agency, firm or corporation, or officer or agent thereof, involved in a strike, walkout or lockout to employ in place of an employee involved in such strike, walkout or lockout any person who customarily or repeatedly offers himself for employment in the place of employees involved in strikes, walkouts or lockouts, or to employ knowingly any person who customarily or repeatedly offers himself for employment in place of an employee involved in a strike, walkout or lockout who is recruited, procured, supplied or referred for employment by any person, partnership, agency, firm or corporation not directly involved in a strike, walkout or lockout.
11.69.030 - Strike breaker offering services.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person who customarily or repeatedly offers himself for employment in place of employees involved in strikes, walkouts or lockouts to take or offer to take the place in employment of employees involved in a strike, walkout or lockout.
