11.08.010 - Riding bicycle, motorcycle or motor scooter in parks prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle, motorcycle or motor scooter in city parks, playgrounds and playlots.
11.08.020 - Riding horse, donkey or other animal in parks regulated.¶
It is unlawful for any person to ride any horse, donkey or animal capable of being ridden in any city park, playground or playlot unless there has been posted, on the authority of the recreation and parks department, a sign or signs in such park, playground or playlot indicating that such activities are permitted.
