10.28.010 - Fire department authorized to furnish copies—Fee to be prescribed by council resolution.¶
The Richmond fire department is authorized to furnish photostatic or other reproduction of all factual data concerning fires to the interested parties, provided that where there is an arson investigation pending no reports shall be furnished until the termination of the investigation.
The city council shall, from time to time, prescribe by resolution the fees to be charged by the fire department for furnishing the data.
10.28.020 - Agencies exempt from payment of fee.¶
No federal, state, county, municipality, district, or other political subdivision, or any department thereof, nor any governmental agency, nor any public office, board or body acting in its official capacity, shall be required to pay the fees hereinabove provided.
