10.12.010 - Certain acts prohibited within Alvarado Park.

It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the following acts within Alvarado Park in the City of Richmond:

(a) To camp or erect any tent or shelter without first obtaining a written permit so to do from the Recreation and Parks Director of the City of Richmond.

(b) To build or ignite any fire unless such person shall first obtain the written permission so to do from the Recreation and Parks Director and unless such person shall comply with all rules and regulations of such Director regarding fires.

(c) To leave or deposit rubbish or refuse anywhere except in containers for that purpose.

(d) To pick, cut, damage or destroy any flower, vine, shrub or plant life of any kind.

(e) To have in his possession any firearm.

(f) To pollute any creek or stream of water.
