Richmond Municipal Code Art. IV General Provisions

All marinas and floating homes shall be subject to all applicable regulations as specified in the Richmond Municipal Code.

If any section or part of a section of this chapter is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder hereof not thereby invalidated shall remain in force and effect. The council of the city of Richmond declares that it is the intent of such council that it would have passed all the other portions of this chapter independent of the elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.

This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its final passage.

Any marina owner/operator who acts in violation of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
