9.80.010 - Definitions.

Words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed to them in California Penal Code Section 313.

9.80.020 - Blinder racks required.

It is unlawful, and a misdemeanor, to display material that is harmful to minors, as defined in Chapter 7.6 of Part One, Title Nine of the California Penal Code, in a public place, other than a public place from which minors are excluded, unless such material is placed behind devices commonly known as blinder racks in front of the material, so that the lower two-thirds of the material is not exposed to view.

9.80.030 - Violation—Penalty.

A violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of one thousand dollars, imprisonment for one year, or both.
