17.48.010 - Regulations.

The following regulations shall apply to the development of all residential tracts:

A. Definitions.

  1. "Tract development" means the construction of a group of buildings on adjacent lots that are part of a subdivision tract.

  2. "Building setback line" means that line parallel to the front property line which establishes the minimum distance between the front property line and any building placed on the lot.

  3. "Elevation" means the architectural design of the building.

B. Approval of Construction. Prior to the issuance of a building permit for any structure in a residential tract development, the planning commission shall review and approve the placement and elevations of all structures. Planning commission approval shall be based on the requirements of Sections 18.10.070 through 18.10.100.
