9.02.010 - Prohibited.¶

It is unlawful for any person to break, destroy, deface, mar, change the appearance of, or move any permanent survey mark, post or pipe placed in any street or park space within the city by the city engineer, upon which has been placed the following inscription: "City of Rialto, Survey Mark." (1965 code Title XI, Ch. 4, § 7(A))
