17.52.010 - Nonconforming sale of land deemed offense.¶
Each separate sale or each separate attempt or offer to sell any land from a subdivision parcel map or record of survey as herein defined, without first complying with the provisions of such Subdivision Map Act of the state and the provisions of this title, shall be deemed a separate offense.

17.52.020 - Penalty for violation.¶
Any violation of the provisions of this title shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
