17.40.010 - Grading and erosion control required.

Every map approved pursuant to this title shall be conditioned on compliance with city requirements for grading and erosion control, including the prevention of sedimentation or damage to off-site property, including, but not limited to, all areas shown on the map as designated remainder on the subdivision or parcel map.
