13.32.010: VIOLATION; PENALTY:¶

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of chapters 13.08 through 13.28 of this division shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
