1.08.010 - Established.

The seal heretofore used by and for the city, the inscription on which, on the upper portion thereof, is "City of Redding," and in the central portion thereof the words and figures "Incorporated Oct. 4," and on the lower portion thereof the figures "1887," shall be and is established, adopted and declared to be the official seal of the city.

1.08.020 - Validation of former documents.

All acts heretofore done requiring the use of the official seal of the city and all papers sealed with the seal since October 4, 1887, are declared to be due and legal acts and papers of the city, and the due and legal seal of the city, and all acts heretofore done, and all proceedings and all papers impressed with the seal since that date are validated and declared legal.
