3.04.010 - Definitions.¶
The words and phrases used in this title shall, for the purposes of this title, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section as follows:
A. "Airport managers" includes persons operating airports as lessees of the city;
B. "Airports" includes Benton Field as well as Redding Municipal Airport, unless stated otherwise.

3.04.020 - Rates and charges.¶
All rates and charges for the use of facilities or the purchase of products or services at the airports and the provision for collection of such rates and charges shall be established by the city council.

3.04.030 - Schedule of landing fees.¶
Landing fees established by city council resolution shall be charged to:
A. Operators of aircraft providing regularly-scheduled passenger or freight services, regardless of aircraft weight; and
B. Operators of aircraft operating from Redding Municipal Airport in performance of special contracts for fighting fire or otherwise with the federal, state or county government.

3.04.040 - Violation—Penalty.¶
A. Any person operating or handling an aircraft in violation of the rules set forth in this title, or such additional rules established by resolution of the city council, or refusing to comply therewith, may be removed or ejected from the airports or may be temporarily grounded by or under the authority of the airport managers; and, upon the order of the city council, may be deprived of the further use of the airports and their facilities for such length of time as may be deemed necessary to ensure the safeguarding of the airports and the public and its interest therein.
B. Any person who violates or refuses to abide by any of the provisions of this title or any of the rules and regulations set forth in this title, or the additional rules established by resolution of the city council, or any of the provisions of law incorporated therein, or in this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding the sum of two hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
