§ 16.1 ESTABLISHED.¶
A public library is hereby established, in and for the city.

§ 16.2 LOCATION; NAME.¶
A library shall be maintained and carried on in that certain building on Lots One, Two, Three and Four, in Block 47 of the city, as the same are laid down upon the official reap of the city on file in the Office of the County Recorder and belonging to the city, and now occupied and used by the county library; and that the name of the library shall be “The Herbert Kraft Free Public Library.”
