It is unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate on private property in any area exposed to the public view, or on any public street, sidewalk, alley, park, or other public place, except in a public or private restroom.

Whoever, in any manner within the jurisdiction of any office or department or agency of the City, knowingly falsifies, conceals, withholds or suppresses by any trick, scheme, verbal statement, writing or device, any fact, or makes any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation, or makes or uses or causes to be made or used any false writing or document when he or she knows the same to contain any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or entry, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

(a) No person shall in any manner while on City owned or leased property sell any product or service or engage in any other business or commercial activity without obtaining the prior written approval of the City Manager; provided, however, that this section does not apply to any concession operated under authority granted by the City Council, nor to any other activity specifically authorized, regulated, or exempted by order or resolution of the City Council.

(b) Any violation of this section shall be an infraction.
