15.28.010. - Housing code adopted.¶

Except as hereinafter provided, the Uniform Housing Code, 1997 Edition, and the International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition, published by the International Code Council, are hereby collectively adopted by reference as the Housing Code of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes. A copy of the Housing Code of the city shall be maintained in the office of the city clerk and shall be made available for public inspection while the code is in force.

15.28.020. - Housing code amended; administrative provisions.¶

The administrative provisions governing the housing code of the city shall be as set forth in the administrative code, as adopted in chapter 15.18 (Administrative Code) of this title. Violation and penalty provisions shall be as set forth in section 114 of the administrative code, as amended in section 15.18.040 (Administrative code amended—Violations and penalties) of this title.
