| Overview This article establishes form-based provisions for three "center" zoning districts: the village center zone, the local town center zone, and the regional town center zone. These districts implement the General Plan vision to create vibrant activity nodes serving a more sustainable and livable system of neighborhoods, villages, and districts (Rancho Cordova's building blocks model).
