§ 8.48.040. By animals prohibited.

No person shall cause or permit any horses, cattle, sheep, swine, poultry or any kind of livestock or domestic animals to pollute the waters of tributaries of such waters used or intended for drinking purposes by the inhabitants of any part of the City.

§ 8.48.050. Bathing in waters used for drinking prohibited.

No person shall bathe or wash clothes in any spring, stream, river, lake, reservoir, well, flume, or other waters which are used or intended for drinking purposes by the inhabitants of the City.

§ 8.48.060. Trespassing near stock watering holes prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person or persons in the City to camp, or to loiter within a radius of 1,500 feet of any established stock watering hole or place whether unenclosed, or enclosed by fence belonging to, or occupied by, another, where signs forbidding trespass are displayed approximately 2,400 feet apart at a distance of approximately 1,500 feet from the watering hole or place, without having first obtained written permission from the owner of such lands or the person in lawful possession of such land where said stock watering hole or place is located.
