§ 13.03.010. Sewer service charges – Set by resolution.¶

Bimonthly sewer service charges for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers shall be established by resolution as may be adopted by the City Council from time to time, to be imposed on the sewer services provided as set forth in the resolution establishing such charges.
