9.04.010 - Unlawful.¶

It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person to wilfully fail to comply with the terms of any permit for which an application is required by the provisions of any resolution or ordinance of this city, and which has been issued in writing to said person by the mayor, the chief of police, the city clerk, or any authorized officer of any department of the city.
