8.20.010 - Section 5522.3 (a)—(t) amended—Health officer inspection fees.

Section 5522.3 (a)—(t) of Article 2, Chapter 3, Part 2, Division 5, of the county ordinance code is amended to provide charges in dollars and cents as follows:

(a) Apartment House $ 13.75 per complex plus
1.37 per apartment unit
(b) Backflow Prevention Device Tester 68.75
(c) Bakery
Temporary (1—15 days) 68.75
Under 2,000 square feet 82.50
2,001—6,000 square feet 137.50
Over 6,000 square feet 206.25

8.20.020 - Section 5523.6 amended—Filing fees for health inspection.

Section 5523.6 of Article 3, Chapter 3, Part 2, Division 5 of the county ordinance code is amended to provide charges in dollars and cents as follows:

Section 5523.6. FEE SCHEDULE. The following filing fees shall be charged for the alterations or uses of real property defined in Section 5523.1:

(a) Major Land Division
Unsewered $55.00 per parcel
Sewered 89.37 per land division
(b) Minor Land Division
Unsewered 55.00 per parcel
Sewered 89.37 per land division
(c) Lot Line Adjustment 20.62
(d) Zoning Changes 34.37

8.20.030 - Section 5524.2 amended—Health inspection hourly fee.

Section 5524.2 of Article 4, Chapter 3, Part 2, Division 5 of the county ordinance code is amended to provide as follows:

Section 5524.2. FEE AMOUNT.

An hourly fee of thirty-four dollars and thirty-seven cents ($34.37) shall be charged for services rendered pursuant to Section 5524.1.
