15.20.010 - Solar Shade Control Act not to apply.¶
The Solar Shade Control Act, Chapter 12, Division 15, comprising Sections 25980 through 25986 of the Public Resources Code of the state, shall not apply in the town in accordance with the exemption procedure authorized pursuant to Section 25985 of the Act.
