2-27: CONSOLIDATED BILLING:

Service charges for water, sewer rental, garbage disposal and refuse collection, sanitary inspections in connection with the collection and removal of garbage, refuse and waste matter and special disposal of the rates and charges therefor as established by any provision of this code, ordinance or resolution of the council shall be billed to the consumer or customer on one bill or statement. (Ord. 717 § 1)

2-28: INCLUSION OF UNPAID PERMIT, LICENSE, ETC., FEES:

If any provision of this code, ordinance or resolution of the council provides for and requires the payment by any customer or consumer of the municipal services enumerated in section 2-27 of this article for any permit, connection fee, license, or charge or cost for any sewer enterprise, sewer service, garbage, refuse removal, water service enterprise, meter or distribution lines, the city manager is authorized to include any unpaid charge for the same in the municipal service statement referred to in section 2-27 of this article. 2-29: DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE FOR NONPAYMENT:

If all or any part of the statement or bill referred to in section 2-27 of this article rendered by the city to the customer or consumer is not paid, with all penalties and interest, at the time, form and manner set forth in the provision, ordinance or resolution of the council establishing the same, the city may discontinue any and all service or services for which such statement or bill is incurred or is rendered. 2-30: USE OF SERVICE AFTER DISCONTINUANCE:

If any municipal service referred to in section 2-27 of this article is discontinued by reason of failure on the part of the consumer or customer to pay the same as required by any provision of this code, ordinance or resolution of the city council, it is hereby declared unlawful for any consumer or customer to receive any part of the service so discontinued without making application for and receiving a permit to do so from the city.
