612.03: TIME LIMITS:

Unless otherwise specified in state or federal law, all appeals shall be filed with the city clerk in writing within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the action. In the event an appeal period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday observed by the city, the appeal period shall end at the close of business on the next consecutive business day. (Ord. 1801, 12-3-2013)
