605.03: PROCEDURES:

A. Application: Any person may apply to the zoning administrator for approval of a temporary use not less than thirty (30) days before the use is intended to begin in accordance with the provisions in article 601, "Common Procedures", of this series. B. Determination: Within ten (10) days of accepting an application for a temporary use permit as complete, the zoning administrator shall render a written decision. (Ord. 1801, 12-3-2013)
